Sauna culture as big in Denmark as it is in Scandinavia so yeah. In Denmark we don't really have a long sauna history but we have a very long winter swimming history and that's why we still do it today. People who have done this for 20 years didn't do it for the health health reasons for metabolism and so but it did help them mentally if you ask them they would say this totally kept me kept me stable throughout my life.
