I think email should absolutely be done by the brand. I don't know why an in whatever outsourced it to an agency. We we overthink the stuff and we're way too biased People have no idea for the most part that they're in a flow or a campaign They have no idea, especially if you do it properly. If you can create kind of flawless flows that do the work for you while you're sleeping versus Launching and relaunching campaigns every week is a no-brainer.
