Make sure you've done a bit of running prior to christmas, cause a lot of programmes will start after christmas. Be at least doing five, ten k on a regular basis before you start your amarifan programme. Have good access to er physios or health professionals thatr having an interest there once you get so we have two kind of programmes really. Make sure you've got the support from other people that are going through the same thing. There won't be any surprises on a day like marafpon. You'd oto be running at a time you never had tweaked before. So these are all little tips that have a big impact in getting up
