Exercise can reduce stress, provide you with more mental clarity and mental energy. There's also evidence that it boosts the brain's dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin. When we work out, when we make sure that we are not losing muscle mass, but actually building it, we're ensuring a higher quality of life.
