I recently passed the one year anniversary of a fall off o a step ladder while organizing shells in my garage. Fortunately, i only met with a few cracked ribs, but it could have been worse. A few years ago, i also suffered a broken bone of my hand from slipping backwards a small downhill slope. I'm 63 years old, and heard you talk about the importance of people learning how to fall to minimize injuries. And was wonder if you have suggestions for us older folks? Yes. One of things i recommend is, i'm certain they're in close to you, there's martial artists. Hire one of em for an hour, half an hour to teach you basics of fall
