How to Observe Your Mind's Eye
The first part of the practice is to ask yourself, who am I? And then observe in our minds eye all of the thoughts throughout our day. Notice how you think about yourself, how you describe yourself and also notice what's coming out of your mouth when you're talking to friends or strangers on the internet. If you are noticing those critical thoughts, those shameful voices come in, then allow them to be and maybe for each one insert some love for yourself.
