I did not know that someday we were going to sell it until the last couple of years. So this was like run it forever. We definitely had people approach us offering to invest every year or two especially starting in about 2010. One of the keys in running a business is having a really good lawyer who you keep early and who you keep who knows your business and knows your stuff. You have to be clean there's another business I've been advising recently doesn't have a steady attorney like just the whole checklist of things you should have.
