Limiting Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids to Keep the Liver Healthy

One of the main things you will can do to keep the liver healthy is limit the polyunsaturated fatty acid. There are multiple studies with animals that have been made so-called essential fatty acid deficient. They were depleted of their pufas through consuming again, in a very high carbohydrate, very low fat food or food where all the fat was 100% saturated. These animals are remarkably resilient to all kinds of assault. they can withstand seven times higher than the lethal dose of radiation in nonessential fatty acid deficient animals.
