One of the main things you will can do to keep the liver healthy is limit the polyunsaturated fatty acid. There are multiple studies with animals that have been made so-called essential fatty acid deficient. They were depleted of their pufas through consuming again, in a very high carbohydrate, very low fat food or food where all the fat was 100% saturated. These animals are remarkably resilient to all kinds of assault. they can withstand seven times higher than the lethal dose of radiation in nonessential fatty acid deficient animals.
This week, Paul has Georgi Dinkov back on the podcast for the third time to cover a plethora of topics: the benefits versus risks of carbohydrates, polyunsaturated fatty acids in cell membranes, the root causes of diabetes and cancer, and so much more.
