Bloating is the feeling of a increased abdominal pressure, usually related to gas. About one in five people in the united states report experiencing bloating. The most obvious way for air to get into your body is by being swallowed. constipation can also cause bloating if you are struggling with microbiom or gut issues. And then there's our food choices that could be causing it as well.
Most of us are familiar with the unpleasant feeling of being bloated. It can happen after eating specific foods or when you experience slower bowel movements. Sometimes, it can be a symptom of an underlying health condition.
