The Importance of Transparency in the Small Group Market

There's been an expectation, I don't know if it was set originally by carriers or general agencies or brokers but that a lot of people kind of in that funnel say not it when it comes to paying for these things. Do you see with more transparency? Do you see that some of this is just in the end saying to the employer, hey, this is what this costs, would you like to pay for it? And if so, you can have it and if you're not willing to pay forit, then we'll have to do this without the tech enablement, without the efficiency, whatever.
