I think what's more important is the form and having that ability to maintain that form. That's what I've always focused on anyway. And then when I take off the weight, my ability to control the rotation is so much, it's so much easier. So I do longer duration hangs which kind of I work more of that like resistance and capacity and being able to keep that form. Oh, wow.
