"Riding bikes is fun. As soon as it's not fun, then you're doing it wrong," he says. "There are always going to be days inevitably that are just awful and you just strength or a gal at the day before [training]." Jim: "I would highlight like big, bold letters and yellow highlight or have fun with bike racing ... I think we forget to kind of commend ourselves for that."
