What's the Internal Complaints Process?
There are loads of websites that give you template letters to complete the crux of a complaint. When it gets to the ombudsman and you're still not satisfied with the response, the other recourse is to go through the small claims court. The upper limit of people being able to use that service is £10,000. Scotland's slightly less to £5,000 and Northern Ireland, £3,000.
