The Differential for Undifferentiated Fever

In fibronutrient peanut patients, there are basically three organ sites. The GI tract is one and the lung is another big one. If they've had a bone marrow biopsy, look at the bone marrow aspiration site because we have seen some patients come in with that bone marrow site being super infected. And then I would say probably less of an issue for an esophageal cancer patient, but they also talk about the perirectal area. They can have fistula, they can have anal fissures and sort of local discomfort. Those kinds of questions are also important.
