i find that those are more of a brain training device most neurofeedback devices are good to show you where you're at and how you can control brain waves but they don't have any long-term result so what we've done is we give people the muse. We tell them use the muse to judge where you'reat it's a great way to tell you where you’re at because it's not sustainable. If you could do it within every three days you can now become adaptive, i think with neurofeedback if you can do it within 3 days don't wait a week you know and maybe even just one or two hours a week would be enough for someones
