We should set the difficulty level in a way that there is roughly 15 percent air rate well that's interesting so for you to design your trail running experience as zero fail that's you're not learning. We learn from mistakes but we need success to motivate us to keep going it's a great topic and it goes back to the biology and chemistry of the body. If there is some failure if there's no failure the nervous system isn't learning right?
