How to Prevent TFCC Injuries

We used to get more of TFCC's and more of MSCAP for lunates, but one of the things we've done really well is incorporate hand-underous conditioning as part of our strength and conditioning programme. So with all that work, because of better understanding when we did have injuries, we can actually get them away from the symptoms. We've incorporated our data as part of a prevention strategy. I think these days we don't see as many TFCC's as before, or if we do get TFCC rotating acutely, we know what to jump onto. If somebody had a problem on Monday, by Thursday, Friday, the symptoms have gone already. Oh, nice.
