I have super fast twitch muscles. I think it's around 22 or 23% of my fast twitch muscles are super fast. So I do have a distinct advantage when it came to sprinting and power events. But you still got to train them. Otherwise they will disappear. You know, their ability to fire and be sharp. It does deplete. So yeah, I can't even I just thought I trained on but no, it was all con given. What time is it? Right?
