How to Be a Successful Broker

Bob Greene: We all see the need in this industry for more folks coming in. The first thing that I would say to any new broker coming in is that this is not for the faint of heart, it just isn't. Every potential client you look at and talk to already has a broker, right? They already have a relationship. That relationship may be especially in a place like Sacramento, that could be a 15 year relationship. And so the relationship side really to me is a key thing. It's truly how good are you at building a relationship.
