Aquarium is open to the top where you could c into them and touch the fish. Employees told me that no one really walks around to police if people are touching the fish in these open top aquariums. It's this weird, it feels designed be interactive, but also you shouldn't be interacting with it. School children go there to learn. I mean, it's like, you know, it's a field trip place. But it sounds like it's on the verge of being unregulated. How? How is that?
