I would actually argue that they are over optimizing these businesses, but for the wrong things. I haven't experienced so many times. And like all the Kmart's around here, like just completely, I think they're entirely bankrupt, right? Yeah. They're completely gone. Like it was just like a ghost town and like, this is just dirt, like it just dust everywhere. The employees didn't care. There are people walking around with like shopping carts overflowing with just random crap. It just didn't even make any sense and it was just so crazy.Yeah. So you could look at it and say that, so you know, the deterioration of customer service that you're seeing
