The Role of the Microbiome in Diseases
I think what I would take away from the last 10 years and how things have changed is the incredible level of scientific support for, for how important the microbiome is. The other thing that's really astonished me is how quickly it's become part of the public's consciousness. Pretty much everyone knows that they have a microbiome that is important for their health. It's changed our food environment. You know, so many people are eating fermented foods. People still consider it important to take probiotics. And we just have a whole, you know, fiber has become a really important nutrient.
