How to Arm Yourself With Facts

You were talking about how to arm yourself with facts and to learn more about a situation. If you're feeling anxious about it, that learning more about it can be helpful. So I was just thinking, yeah, so when you equip yourself with those facts, even though you still feel the same level of anxiety, that's a good measure of like going forward with something. Right? The limbic brain does not care what the prefrontal has to say when it's trying to keep you from its perception that you're going to die.
