Breathing Exercises for Anxiety

With people with anxiety and pack disorder, its very individual thing. And the only way you know how you react to breathing exercises actually to try them. Many people with anxiety um once they place the tention on their breathing full stop, it can bring on the anxiety. I would go with a few things. A person coming in to me with anxiety, as i would be looking at their staniel, daniel. Number two is that when they feel everything is going ok then to be practising slowing down breathing. Always think about slowing down the speed of the exhalation and the signalling from the body up to the brain. Because 75 % of the anxiety about population have this functional breathing
