I've heard some stories of people within a corporate environment where the performance reviews a can get ugly. So with ray dallio, and one of things he talks about in his book is, anybody's welcome to give me feedback. It's more about expectation in realityand i think this is why people feel shitdy when they fire people. People let people go prematurely without doing the hard work, the coaching work, the re investment work.
