The Importance of Clear Goals
The more specific and clear you are on your goal, it becomes a filter that makes answering all these other questions easier. The purpose of your content in that scenario is to surface and attract people who want to hire you as a coach. It's not to build an audience. So for me, I have shifted over the past few years, whereas 90% of my revenue used to come from consulting, now that's down to about 60%. That's where we go like new content versus existing content or the sort of creation versus engagement.
