Multitasking Is for Muppets
The key is just kind of a few minutes, try to think about something else completely, and then actually back to it. The time under the curve, you end up far more productive. I find it really helps to focus as well, because that 25 minutes is a relatively short period. And so I know I will give my all to that one task for 25 minutes. It's intense work, intense break, right? It's all or nothing on or off.
