There are problems with scrum. The problems are overcome by it being very short, but when you scale up to three months sprints and they become difficult. People that come from a business analyst role make the most awesome scrum coaches. IBA nimble report: 73% of the most nimble companies have BA's in a leading role. 69.6% of the least nimble companies do not have a BA in a lead role.
