How to Do Calisthenics and Weights in a Workout?
If you do calisthenics and weights at the same time, it can be better for a hypertrophy. I feel like especially when you work with a lot of volume with low rest - this is what I would suggest to the people do. Maybe you can lose a little bit of overall strength compared to maybe a power lifter but you can have more endurance, more mobility and you can maybe no better your own body. You can understand how your body reply to specific stress. If you do it on different days, maybe you can set it up for a better strength result. Just doing one wrap maximum of weight or whatever you want is not fun to me. It's not like
