How to Improve Your Deadlift Grip
There's no reason if you're just learning the deadlift it's your first year of doing it and you're already doing switch grip. You probably have at least six months to a year before you'd have to use any kind of grip strategy. Then you can do the over under hook grip that's what I prefer now because there's no way to develop an imbalance as both hands are facing forward.
