How Do You Track Your Diet?
i would try to work on my relationship with food by tracking things like, ah, you know, triggers what foods ore triggers what emotional states are triggers. And am i seeing improvements in the quality of my life? I'm not against tracking at all - but if it's something that doesn't work for you, it's not necessary. You can get a pretty fit, lean physieidon't think ou'll get on staged. But i get myself down to seven, eight % routine without tracking. So it's totally possible. A, but a tracki nor tracking is valuable, but if it’s something that doesn'ret work for you then don't do it.
