What I Learned About Being a Clinical Psychologist
When he was a clinical psychologist, George worked with police to negotiate hostage situations. He had to decide whether to call the police into restraining him or talk in bond with him. After about two minutes i asked him how do you want your children to remember you? And that was the start the whole negotiation. We had another part of our conversation near his heart - and this is what really matters. You ask them questions it's command and control leadership.
