How to Be Happy on Your Own

Be gentle with yourself. Your body is going through something intense both physiologically and psychologically. Know that your tears are healing and you need to take active steps to move forward. Don't throw away the special memories but box them up out of sight and out of mind. Find people to talk to about it every day. When you want to message your ex, don't. Write down the message and wait 24 hours to see how you feel. Do not try and beg and convince them to get back with you. You exactly as you are a worthy of love, partnership and compassion.
