When you're accustomed to sets o five, and you do a workout where you do fifteens a you feel pretty goddamn sensitized to it. So that's what i think i would personally recommend if the whole conceptof o recent resensitization is something you are worried about. But then also occasionally have what amounts to a fairly large shift and ning stimulus that you know, will essentially amount to a fairly novel stimulus when you go back to it after training with heavier loads and fewer rups.
