The Role of Voice of the Customer in Product Design
The best UI is no UI, right? Because of the innovation of software and machine learning, you can literally have quote unquote products that you may not even know that you like own or interact with. That's where I think jobs to be done is helpful as a response, I would say, to the voice of the customer thinking. So we've identified kind of one ish or this a few, which is like, it's really meant to improve existing innovations and products, not necessarily create something entirely new.
