How to Control Your Breath
The breath is so much a part of who we are, and we don't pay any attention to it. For many people when you ask yourself just to feel the breath, it's surprising how much anxiety can come up. The other approach just from my yoga background is actually literally control the breath. And sometimes that will kind of help you just sort of arrive in a place of natural, natural effortless breathing.
