How to Respond to Feedback

How often and under what circumstances do you do things to appear a certain way on social media? What if nobody saw or heard any of the vacations that you take, the job that you took, the house that you bought, any of that? And last question in the witnessing your ego in action section: How do you typically speak to yourself? Do you think or say things like, I'm such an idiot? I deserved to be a fired.What does your self talk like? For anyone who uses public transit or lives in a city, this was such a big one for me because I was cruel to myself.
