You can still burn more fat like you can have a glycogen left over for the run and be a very very fast at it. Try to get those those carbs up to 90 and I think there's gonna be some research or there actually has been research now right that's 120 is possible correct? You're not racing longer than the five hours we have a different talk right if you're racing 30 hours in a row totally different. If you're an ultra like the ultra Ironman where it's almost like two Ironman's back to back yeah that's a different thing too. Most of us don't do that right most of us don’t do that at all.
