Most people that are engaging, they don't care whether youre customers service or a sales person. So let's just start with authenticity. I think it actually goes right into customer eccentricity. If you do all the correct things with the customer to learn about them, understand them and help them drive what's going to make them look like a rock star then the sale is just a natural extension of that.
