Can We Understand the Business?

If it's not a durable business, there's no point in learning about the mote, the value, the capital location, tom everything else. The first thing on our list that we look at is can we understand the business? What will it look like in ten to 20 years? And you really want to categorize these and know what you're going into, right? Because, i mean, yes, we want to stay away from big risk to durability, but who knows, right? Maybe it's a situation where it's trading below its neck current assets, right? You want to know what the situation is when you go into it.
