i got introduced to quito by a guy that i was dating at the time, whe was an experienced health coach. My experience of kito personally was, my brain loves kito. But from a body composition perspective, i did worse on quito. So i wrote a book called short term quito, and i share that experience in the book. And then finally, actually, it was when i started doing genetic testing, i just kept getting all these reports back saying like, you do better with more carbs genetically, or predisposed to do better with harbs.
