How to Measure the Effectiveness of a Product

When you identify something like this and then you implement it, how do you measure the effectiveness of it? Like, does it actually make the user's life easier? How did you do that? So we, we track, we track like time to, time to complete a document. We could segment the time to complete of documents with single fields versus time to, you know, complete a document with single feeds and all pages.
