The Most Effective Way to Combat Procrastination
The easiest kind of most way, the fastest one to implement that at least costs and most people don't mind doing is distancing temptations. If we can delay our temptations by 10, 15, 20 seconds, that's enough to take the oomph off them. That's how weak the temptation is. Is that we only kind of really go for it for the most part because it's available because it's instant. It's a few seconds away. And if I we want to get a little bit advanced, that is part of the rink of the limbic system and it's has this nice do up with the pre-fun for cortex.
