The Hawthorne Effect

I'm trying to teach my young throwers this thing called Lastero Best Throw. I'll announce it somewhere in training. And that should be it for the day. They should throw their best throw of the day, but they don't want to. Learning to understand the Hawthorne effect is money for you. It's and anybody else.
