Jason: I have something I call the hierarchy of relevance. So it's kind of five parts. The most common stuff you're going to find to add relevance to a message is an email or a cold call name and company merge tag, right? That's the most basic shit that you want to have. And then lastly, gong in my work with them, they, I learned this line from them that they use instead of saying, did I catch you at a bad time? They say, hey, Sarah, it's Jason. I don't suppose I got you at the worst possible time?"
