How to Increase Neuroplasticity in the Brain

How can we increase our neuroplasticity to help form new habits? That's a great question. Some things are kind of obvious if we want to create strong networks doing those activities more often. Physical exercise seems to increase neurogenesis and increase the levels of BDNF in the brain. And just gentle aerobic physical exercise such as jogging, speedy walking, gardening, cycling increased levels of BD NF in the brain and increased brain plasticity. Now the third thing we can do is having loving and caring relationships in our life. Those relationships increase oxytocin in our brain. Oxytocin protects the brain plasticity from negative effects of stress.
