How to Create Habits in Life, Right?

Just being aware of your breath, and it's funny at him because even as you were going through it, my kind of, again, recovering type A brain is like, oh, he breathed out through his mouth. So that's awareness to, you know, and the James clear stuff makes a ton of sense. I've recently started going to the gym because my son started up at school again. so I'm just getting in the gym every day after I drop them off. On most of the days that I can, I'm going through that door. And that's what I'm trying to do.
