Meditation - The in-Breath

We often end our recordings with a short guided meditation so if you are happy to bring us back to our center and bring us back home of course dear friends wherever you may be. If you just allow yourself to take a moment to pause you can stand very still or you can find a bench or sit on your sofa  just allow yourself to settle feel the weight of the body sinking onto mother earth, connect to your in-breath as you breathe in notice is your in-B breath as you breathe out note notices your out breath in breath out breath and as you breathed in you take full advantage of it.
