What Do I Take Pre Workout?

Exercise is the number one thing that i think anybody could do, and that research says you should be doing for your overall physical and mental well being. I would just about drop everything i do in my daily routine and keep it, if it was the only thing that i could keep. How often do i work out? About six to seven days a week. Em: "I generally will spend four hours and up to an hour and a half"
