Should I Do the Kettlebell Swing?

The important thing is versus deadlifts. I think you should have both in a long-term program. The swing has the advantage of being a little bit more of a metabolic hit to you. It's okay for things to wave up and down the sum, but not crash. You get a real insight about how things are going in your whole system.
